When one of our technicians achieves CSIA certification, it is a celebration of excellence, even among our own team. One certification doesn’t mean “the company is certified”. It is individual chimney professionals that earn the CCS certification, and when a company purports to be “certified” that should mean that all the technicians are certified or directly overseen by a Certified Chimney Sweep.
